About
Mende Market Woman LLC was legally cemented shortly after the murder of George Floyd. My activism coupled with my work in both commercial and residential real estate planning and renovation spans over 25 years. I was compelled to act in a lasting and impactful way.
As CEO of Mende Market Woman LLC, my personal commitment to impacting the landscape of the real estate and construction industry stems from my own housing insecurity growing up. Transient living was normalized for communities of color. But there was nothing normal about it. Unstable housing is systemic. Systems can be changed. It takes dedication, hard work, and resources. I will use all my experience, skills, and drive to effect change.
Mende Market Woman LLC (MMW) is focused on using the art of construction to beautify blighted living spaces and restoring financial benefit to historically neglected communities. Our customers include seniors, entrepreneurs, students and professionals who value efficiency, culture, and legacy wealth. MMW achieves this by providing equitable home ownership, access to financial education and community resources. We are influencers who employ eco-friendly choices in our construction designs for the health and well being of our buyers, renters, vacationers, and the planet.
